Ran into some issues following the blog. Hope it is helpful.

1. The generated name in the cargo.toml is the name of the folder is rust-netlify-function, but your example is hello. I got stumped on this, but eventually figured it out.
2. .gitignore is added to the generated pkg file. Might be worth adding a note about that.
