* chore(deps): update all dependencies to latest

Update runtime and development dependencies, pnpm and GitHub Actions to their latest releases.
Replace tsup, which is no longer maintained, with tsdown; the packed export map and every subpath export are unchanged.
TypeScript 7, Vitest 5 and MongoDB driver 7 are major updates; the Node.js floor rises to 20.19.0 for MongoDB driver 7.
Drop the pnpm overrides for esbuild, nanoid and vite; the resolved versions now exceed those floors without them.
Prepare release 0.58.0.

* build(deps): decide ssh2 native builds for pnpm 12

pnpm 12 fails a fresh install with ERR_PNPM_IGNORED_BUILDS when a build script is undecided.
Deny the ssh2 and cpu-features native builds, which pnpm 10 skipped; ssh2 falls back to its JavaScript crypto.
