Graduates agent-integrations from 0.x with no code change: 1.0.0 is 0.76.2 ([release versioning](https://github.com/tangle-network/agent-runtime/blob/main/docs/release-versioning.md)). On 0.x every minor is breaking, which is why agent-app's peer is a union of 9 separate windows and GTM (0.59) and Hospitality (0.54) are stuck far behind. From 1.0 consumers use `^1`. `prepare-release` refuses a release with no commits since `v0.76.2`, so this is the hand-made equivalent. After merge, tag `v1.0.0` publishes it.
