Tag `v2.3.2` failed release qualification at `Lint (biome)` before npm publish ([Publish run 40644897970](https://github.com/tangle-network/agent-runtime/actions/runs/40644897970)): `tests/integration/release-tag.test.ts` from #2205 was unformatted. This formats it, adds a note, and carries the `release:prepare` output on 11247027, run in a Beelink gate and applied unchanged. 2.3.3 carries #2206 (reconnected and recovered interactive runs journal under the start's journal root), which Braid pins for second-process steer turns (ops-board #10554).
