Security notice — updated September 26

Do not use 0.3.0 with credentials.
Confirmed defects can record secret values and reuse a saved credential after an endpoint change.
Version 0.3.1 fixes quoted and prefixed redaction cases but still has credential-origin and oversized-secret defects.
The 0.3.2 credential correction is merged.
The overflow correction is in progress.
Version 0.3.2 is not yet published.

Published @tangle-network/braid@0.3.0 from commit 8d5aad8. The exact package completed candidate and registry install/use checks on Linux x64 and macOS arm64.
