Keep phone timeline agent names readable with full metrics

Phone timeline rows squeezed the agent name, repeated status and duration/cost onto one line. At390px, `peer-director-1-resume` lost its distinguishing suffix. Names now get the first line; status and duration/cost share the second, with work bars underneath. The virtualized phone row height matches the rendered52px layout. Desktop composition and the compact Key remain unchanged; the existing status/Quiet text now respects the13px reading floor.
