This program now works fully!
After downloading Python itself and typing pip install tkinterdnd2 Pillow anywhere in any console to install the required dependencies, simply download the gif_trim_gui.pyw file and run it (can be done by double clicking) to create a perfectly looping GIF from any pre-existing GIF!
