Extract all msgpack extensions into it own section on box protocol page

I think it worth to create a separate section for all tarantool's msgpack extensions (decimal, uuid and error for now), because it requires a special attention from a connector developer (and it allows to give a direct link on them). Maybe even move them to its own page and link from 'box protocol' one.
