libyaml dependency was removed for tarantool-2.2+

We use bundled libyaml by default for tarantool-2.2 and tarantool-2.3 builds. System-wide libyaml.so is not needed anymore for those packages, libyaml-devel (libyaml-dev on Debian) packages (headers files) are not needed for building tarantool.

However those dependencies are still required for tarantool-1.10 and tarantool-2.1.

It was pushed to 1.10 too. Reopened to update the 1.10 documentation.

Hope you don't mind if I'll adjust labels (2.2 → 1.10).
