CI: 릴리스 업로드 권한(permissions: contents: write) 추가

- 빌드(exe/dmg 패키징)는 성공했으나 "Upload to Release"가 신규 레포 기본 read-only 토큰이라 403(Resource not accessible)로 실패
- 워크플로우에 contents: write 명시. 레포 Settings→Actions→General→Workflow permissions도 Read and write로 켜야 최종 반영됨
