Add a `README.md` file to the repository. * **Project Title and Description** - Add a project title and description. * **Setup Instructions** - Add instructions for installing Deno and cloning the repository. * **Running the Project** - Add instructions for running the project using different tasks defined in `deno.json`. * **Using Arguments with `deno task dev`** - Add a section explaining how to use arguments with `deno task dev`. - Add example commands using `deno task dev` arguments. * **Project Structure** - Add a section explaining the project's structure and the purpose of each directory. * **Contributing** - Add a section on how to contribute to the project.
