Meilisearch Data sync

We need to sync the articles' data to Meili Search

Here is the list of situations when we need to sync to Meilisearch

• Create Article (Create on Meilisearch)
• Update Article (Update on Meilisearch)
• Unpublish Article (Delete from Meilisearch)
• Schedule delete Article (Delete from meilisearch, unpublished)
