Request needs to handle all request-related issues and not more

The Request class handles out-of-matter things (like $langCode) and needs to be re-aligned to provide all required attributes that might be important. All variables shall be part of an instance, not of the class.

• Making all variables and access-methods non-static variables
• Initializing every variable up-front
• Get rid of getter methods not required anymore (only POST params and BODY will remain)

Add also application root path as an additional path available. The path needs to be set from outside. However, making the info available can be useful in applications installed in sub-folders of the document root.
