UserFunctions from dynamically loaded assemblies

• User functions defined in dynamically loaded assemblies (TypeValidator.AllowAssemblies) now can be used in the Reporting engine.
• User functions in the entry assembly (i.e. the application that calls the reporting engine) are not automatically allowed, as this will be a breaking change for WRD clients. Such need to be manually added by calling TypeValidator.AllowAssemblies
