Tellor 3 v1.1 incorporates functions that allow the team to migrate those users that had their TRB tokens locked on contracts and cannot swap by using the basic "migrate" function (e.g. users that had locked their tokens in Uniswap pools, Balancer pools, staking contracts for mining, and other custom and verifiable contracts and exchanges).
