Fixes and improvements
Match the editor's dialog contract, --tpl-user-* tokens, and button recipes in the media library. Signal Amber keeps the documented contrast exception (--tpl-on-primary on --tpl-primary). Overlay backdrops no longer redeclare .tpl when they inherit the editor popover root.
