Scale inline code with surrounding text, including tables, and align heading permalink targets and icons. Add SocialIcons and MarkdownInlineCode style customization; the ThemeSelect anatomy now exposes Trigger, Panel, and radio-option sub-elements in place of the previous ThemeSelect and ContrastSelect controls.
