Patch Changes

  • #158 7778fc9 Thanks @tenphi! - Restore the gap above top-level sidebar sections. Sidebar.TopLevelSpacing
    no longer applies to sections, so Sidebar.GroupSpacing sets their spacing
    regardless of stylesheet order.
