Patch Changes

• #162 bf5b10a Thanks @tenphi! - Store the reader's color scheme and contrast in one cookbook-appearance object,
  { theme, contrast }, and document it as a stable contract. Another app on the
  same origin, such as a product site that serves the docs under /docs/, can now
  share the preference. A scheme saved under the previous cookbook-theme key is
  still read and moves into the object on the next change.

• #160 07c308c Thanks @tenphi! - Polish focus and pagination styles:

  • Keyboard-focused sidebar links draw their focus ring above the next item.
  • The main content no longer shows a focus ring after a click followed by
    keyboard scrolling. It remains the skip-link and page-swap focus target.
  • Previous/Next pagination links show their border at rest again.
