Upgrading

• The kit's runtime floors are now tey/mod ^0.11.6 and spatie/image ^3.9 (with laravel/mcp ^1.0.2 from v0.5.82). An app on an older version of either gets the new one on composer update; nothing else to do.

Fixed

• Dependency floors below known-bad releases (backported from main's prefer-lowest job). tey/mod allowed 0.11.0–0.11.5, which lack the rollback fix test:adopt needs; spatie/image was floored only through laravel-medialibrary (3.3), whose WebP fit does not keep the declared width (test:media-conversions); 3.9.0 is the first that does. Floors raised to ^0.11.6 and ^3.9.
