• The ddd layout matches laravel-ddd again: controllers, requests and middleware live in app/Modules/<Domain>/Controllers, Requests and Middleware.
• The ddd layout declares no frontend folders. mod:page, frontend templates and Blade components explain how to opt in with ->frontend().
• The ddd layout registers no view namespaces: markdown mail and notification views go to the app's resources/views, as make:mail --markdown does.
• The ddd layout has no routes folder; an extended layout can add one.
