Ready for apps moving from Laravel-DDD

0.5 fixes what came up while moving real apps onto mod. Module pages work with Inertia's page check, assertInertia() and direct page loads. Modules can hold MCP servers and tools generated by laravel/mcp's own commands. Each module's lang/ folder loads automatically:

Added

• Module lang/ folders load automatically under the module's namespace, as views do: __('inventory::messages.saved'). JSON files work too, apps can override keys in lang/vendor/{module}, and frontend(lang:) sets a custom path. mod:list and the discovery cache include them (#58).
• Module pages work with Inertia's page-existence check (ensure_pages_exist) and assertInertia(): mod registers each module's page folder with Inertia's page finders. A missing module page still fails (#72).
• Mod::pageEntry() gives the root Blade view the real Vite entry for any page, so direct (full-page) loads of module pages work (#73).
• With laravel/mcp installed, mod:mcp-tool, mod:mcp-server, mod:mcp-resource and mod:mcp-prompt write laravel/mcp's own output into a module (modules) or a domain's application layer (ddd), and app-declared file types with those ids use the same generators (#77).
• A guide to persisted class names when moving models: polymorphic *_type columns and queued jobs, reviewed before deployment (#75).

Changed

• The Boost core guideline is one short paragraph; the generator, frontend, rename and host API reference moved into the on-demand mod-development skill (#76).
• On an app with a customized Inertia bootstrap, mod:install inertia prints the exact resolver and Tailwind lines to add, with the file and where, instead of only asking for manual wiring. It still writes nothing (#74).

Fixed

• Giving a module to a file type declared without a module token now names the fix (in: '@module/...'), and the layouts guide documents the form (#78).
