Fixed

• mod:install inertia recognizes wiring an app already has (a custom resolve that calls mod's resolver, a path.resolve(...) or fileURLToPath(...) @modules alias, and the Tailwind @source line before or after the import) and says "Already wired.". A check it can't confirm says so and shows what to look for, instead of asking for the line again (#97).
