• Scaffold dry runs report existing whole-file members as unchanged or edited by comparing their bytes with what the current recipe would write; JSON adds optional state, and human labels include the state for kept members too (#162).

• Scaffold dry runs no longer repeat placeholder warnings for class members, because each member is now rendered by its own generator (#162).

Fixed

• Parts and insert placeholders reuse a root migration's resolved identity, including its written timestamp, in flat and tree scaffolds and later part runs (#165).
• Scaffold tree roots and parts honour --force and --skip-existing, preserve kept members and timestamped migration paths, and predict the same existing-file outcomes in human and JSON dry runs (#164).
