I'm trying to understand what you are trying to do here.
The modification you have done allows to open an URL on the backend.
Imagine the backend is on a linux server (and the front on your computer) with no GUI, it will do nothing, right ?
Can you explain with more details please ?

You right, we can't open a url with no GUI.
The backend run a runtime function and automatically browser open a session.
A new tab is open on website.
My team need to verify a database want to see information, like storage, space allocated or database name.
