This release features an expanded database and improvements to the online server.

  • Database
    • Cyanobacteria are now included, increasing organisms from n = 21,244 to 27,010
  • Online server
    • Server now allows multiple users/browser tabs at once
      • Each user/tab receives a unique instance of the app (specified in url)
    • Code for configuration of server now included in release
  • Other improvements
    • Added new example organisms to metabolic networks tool
