Key changes:
- README.md: Install now points to GitHub Releases https://github.com/thatcreativetayo/AxleCode/releases and license changed to MIT with link to axle-desktop/source/LICENSE.
- axle-auth-worker: PLUGIN_AUTH_DEPLOYMENT.md removes GitHub sign-in callback and clarifies GitHub stays on desktop OAuth flow; signin.js now shows only Google when configured, otherwise falls back to remaining providers; signin.test.js removes the test expecting both Google and GitHub on desktop sign-in page.
- axle-desktop/source: Added GitHub issue templates bug_report.yml and feature_request.yml, pull_request_template.md, workflows for issue-labels, pr-size and pr-vouch, VOUCHED.td trust list. Added CONTRIBUTING.md and MIT LICENSE. AGENTS.md updated to open-source Codex reference. README updated with vp install instructions and contribution note. Marketing site updated to open-source messaging, GitHub stars badge, releases URL pointing to pingdotgg/t3code, and download pages now link to GitHub releases. Web app package.json versions bumped, account auth changes, billing/plan catalog updates. Landing site pages and components updated, analytics/download buttons removed, pricing and legal pages refreshed.
- crates/axle_ai: lib.rs, openai.rs, stream_parser.rs changes, new responses.rs and responses_fallback_test.rs.
- crates/axle_cli main.rs updated.
