I'm not sure what the best way is to make it different, maybe a different icon or make it say "+ Label" or "Label" instead.

eh, I understand it not being that obvious, the reasoning behind being only a "+" was to not risk to becomes too intrusive in the native UI of tildes.

We could make is shows a "add label" instead but to be honest, unless there is some other request I wouldn't jump to change things / develop new things as soon as 1 person request it.
