Ported from https://code.google.com/p/qtfirebirdibppsqldriver/ to Qt5
Go to http://www.ibpp.org or http://sourceforge.net/projects/ibpp/, download the driver.
Copy fbclient.dll (or fbclient.so) to lib directory.
