Custom melee and ranged hit tooltips

Melee and ranged hit tooltips got updated and similarly to spell hit tooltip now take your talents into account. If you have talents, that increase your hit chance, they will be displayed in stat tooltip. Death knights will see their "Nerves of Cold Steel" talent only when 1H weapon is equipped.
Please send your feedback on this feature. I wasn't sure if I found every talent/spell so feel free to send reports if I missed something.

Other changes:

  • Fixed check for Draenei racial ability. Didn't work properly before (was checking only for shamans for some reason).
  • Defense tooltip now correctly displays chance to be critically hit when character has any debuffs that affect defense.
  • Changed error text when trying to equip set in combat. It uses more appropriate string now.
