Changes

• Fixed Druid's talent check (for moonkins).
• Added Enchancement Shaman's "Dual Wield Specialization" talent. Should be displayed in melee hit now.
  It has a little bit weird behavior: built-in function IsDualWielding requires OH to be equipped and doesn't check MH weapon type. Decided to not change it for now, because you'll notice this only in very rare situations when you don't have MH equipped. Feel free to give feedback if you have any issues.
• Fixed draenei DK's tooltip.
