What's changed

• macOS/Linux installer now resolves and installs the latest published GitHub release instead of latest main.
• Installer behavior remains overrideable with WGSEXTRACT_RELEASE_TAG, WGSEXTRACT_REF, or WGSEXTRACT_ARCHIVE_URL for pinned or development installs.
• Windows pacman BWA setup now uses latest release assets by default, with tag override support.
• CI now smoke-tests install.sh against a deterministic local latest-release flow and validates Windows installer arguments.
• Package metadata is bumped to 0.2.0.

Reference assets

Reference bootstrap and benchmark dataset URLs intentionally continue to point at the existing v0.1.0 release assets, so the large reference bundles do not need to be reuploaded for this release.
