XML Comments Not Handled #4
Description
Right now XML Comments are not handled by (G)UI++, and will not be handled for beta and likely will not be handled in v1.0.
I'm going back and forth on this a bit because they're not strictly necessary when using a WYSIWYG editor since you should never need to look directly at the XML file. However, I can understand that various notes might be helpful, like why a specific condition was used for an element.
I'm open to discussion here for inclusion in a future revision of the utility.
