LazyMint is fine if you know what you're doing, but we should have a solution if you just want a plug and play a working lazy mint extension.

This is my attempt at that, with another layer on top of LazyMint - scoped to ERC721 (even though it could be generic, i think it aligns well with our other interfaces)
