Fictitious demo family tree "Falkenrath" for testing genealogy software, CC0. German data: 492 people, 154 families, 204 sources, 40 repositories, 142 images, GEDCOM-L location records for farms and houses, group photo with face regions (XMP).

  • falkenrath-1.7.zip: GEDCOM 5.5.1 (falkenrath-1.7.ged) with all images in the same folder
  • falkenrath-1.7.gdz: GEDZIP with the data converted to GEDCOM 7.0
  • falkenrath-1.7-gedcom7.ged: the GEDCOM 7.0 file on its own
  • falkenrath-1.7-fehler.ged, falkenrath-1.7-fehler-gedcom7.ged, fehlerfaelle.tsv: the tree with one error case per check rule, for testing validators

Header corrected on 2026-10-15: 1 SOUR Python-Skripte (the generating Python scripts), 1 SUBM, GEDCOM-L addendum R2 as recommended.

Frei erfundener Demo-Stammbaum „Falkenrath“ zum Testen von Genealogie-Programmen, CC0. Zip: GEDCOM 5.5.1 mit allen Bildern im selben Ordner; .gdz: GEDCOM 7.0 als GEDZIP; dazu die GEDCOM-7.0-Datei einzeln. Dateikopf am 15.10.2026 berichtigt (Programmkennung, Einsender, GEDCOM-L-Addendum R2).
