To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to [b]Add new FAQ[/b] (/admin/?action=editentry).
2. Create an entry with the contents: To: sslEnabledProtocols="TLSv1.2"
3. Click Save.
4. Navigate to [b]Edit existing FAQs[/b] (/admin/?action=view).
5. Click on the question we just created to edit it.
6. Notice that the question now says: To:
