• start <name> on an existing machine no longer resolves the stable channel over
  the network first — it boots the machine's recorded version, so restarting works
  offline and no longer hangs when upgrade.mikrotik.com is slow. (#233)
• Snapshot operations use operation-sized QEMU monitor budgets (savevm/loadvm
  120 s, delvm 60 s) instead of inheriting the 5 s fast-query default, fixing
  intermittent savevm timeouts on loaded hosts. (#80)
