What's Changed

npm and JSR publishing

• publish-npm-package and publish-jsr-package take a new opt-in version-from-release-tag input. When it's true, the release tag is written into package.json and jsr.json before validation, for packages that commit a placeholder version. Existing callers are unaffected.
