This PR displays the output file sizes for target smoke test builds on Travis, as a simple way we can determine if the build sizes are changing, and just general informational purposes.

That's a very good idea.

MicroPython goes even further and lets the build fail when the binary size increases, but I think that's a bit too harsh at the moment and also harder because we're dealing with so many different boards.
