• 移除最小滚动步长设置，将速度控件明确为快速滚动倍率，并保留滚动响应调节。

• Use one native line as the baseline for slow wheel input. Preserve the system's accelerated distance during fast scrolling before applying the fast scrolling multiplier.
• Remove the minimum scroll step setting and clarify that the speed control is a fast scrolling multiplier. Keep the scroll response control.
