Superseded by data-2026-09-29-27a34004. Built before the cross-machine reproducibility fixes (DECISIONS.md CP-DEC 014): its agg_code_prices.example_description, rpt_fhir_mapping (multi-threaded Synthea) and rpt_nppes_file_log differ from a build on another machine. Prices and headline figures are unaffected. Kept for the record.
