Core repository of COSMOS LOOPS PROGRAMME. This repository currently only includes Cosmos.Standard、Cosmos.Encryption and Cosmos.Logging. This programme 's goal is to provide developers with an all-in-one development experience. Whether it's developing .NET Framework applications or .NET Core applications, Cosmos gives you a silky feel. I believe in the near future, this project will become more exciting.
