[ Bug ] Wrong class name for BigQuery

With Airflow connection to BigQuery airflow-dbt-python is looking for either dbt.adapters.gcpbigquery or dbt.adapters.google_cloud_platform class. None of which is correct. Correct name is dbt.adapters.bigquery

airflow-dbt-python doesn't specify the adapter name explicitly, it just uses the dbt load_plugin function, passing conn_type into it.

But you're right, it will use conn_type = "gcpbigquery", if case on using "Google Bigquery" Airflow connection.

I will fix this in an upcoming release.
