v0.2.0
This release mainly contains changes to custom rolls. They are now edited through their own sheets like attributes and gifts. Bonuses to hit and bonuses to effect have been separated, though only Roll to Do can have both since Roll to Dye does not distinguish the concepts. Because they are now stored as their own items rather than being embedded in the system properties of a character, old custom rolls will have to be remade under the new data model - migration is not implemented in this case because the migration story was more complex than I hoped due to the need to transpose data model fields on one object into the creation of other new objects.
The driving purpose of this data representation change is to give custom rolls proper unique IDs so they can be reliably invoked from other contexts like the new token-action-hud-sentiment module.
