Deletee .travis.yml which is no longer used.
Make AsciiStr::len() and is_empty() const fn (doesn't require increasing MSRV)
Convert some Into<> impls into From<> impls. (follow-up on Added Into{Vec<AsciiChar>, Rc<AsciiStr>, Arc<AsciiStr>} #80)
Make license field in Cargo.toml use SPDX syntax.

slice.len() became const fn in Rust 1.39.0.

A follop-up on tomprogrammer#80 (commit 7b12e69).

No longer used.
