Development build for testing Dymo LetraTag 200B support, see #19.

The printer advances the tape at twice the resolution of its head, so a label now comes out the length it says. Everything is laid out on square dots and stretched onto the printer's columns when it prints, which also fixes text coming out half its width.

If the printer never reports how a job went, the app gives up after a wait that fits the label instead of a flat minute, and the print sheet can be closed while the job runs. Every notification the printer sends is now in the log, tagged LaBLEr.

Still a debug build on purpose. The calibration values the test needs, and the BLE logging, only exist in one. It installs as "LaBLEr DEBUG" under its own package name, so it sits next to a normal install rather than replacing it.

For Marklife printers the label layout is back to what it was before 1.4.0-dev02, so an existing template keeps its coordinates. Correcting the feed no longer moves anything on a label, it only changes how many columns come out of it. In the editor, symbols and images keep the same dots whether they are selected or not, which is what makes a dither setting worth looking at.

Not a release: the LetraTag side has had one round on real hardware and the new strings are not translated yet.
