⚠ BREAKING CHANGES

• nx: requires Nx 24. The application generator no longer
  supports the addPlugin option and always generates inferred targets. The
  setParserOptionsProject option is replaced by enableTypedLinting.
  Migrations for plugin versions before 7.0.0 are removed; upgrade through
  an intermediate major version when coming from an older version.
