Create an asset bundle from a directory with
ModelInfo.json
and model files.-
You can place anatomical (mesh) and simulation data in VTK, the precise specification and examples are in VTK input file specification.

You can also place the data in any model format understood by Unity (like obj or prefab) and use altenative menu item Holo/Convert GameObject model to an AssetBundle's GameObject.
