Bug Hunt Type Challenge is creating Appeal and Appeal Response phase

Bug Hunt type challenge doesn't require Appeal and Appeal Response phase. Please don't create in OR while syncing the challenge from WM

The same applies to MM matches. They don't have Appeal and Appeal Response phase either.
Please create the same challenge type in Direct directly and query the applicable phases. Not every challenge has every phase
