Logged ticket flow #265
Description
We need to be able to support tickets that are logged and then investigated before being opened for a challenge.
For instance, we may allow this flow:
- A client logs a ticket in Github / Gitlab
- The copilot investigates, clarifies, and refines the ticket
- The copilot then assigns payment and marks the ticket as
tcx_OpenForPickup
At this point the Topcoder challenge should be created and associated with the issue. I don't think this flow is working properly with the latest code. We need to test it and refine it to make sure it is.
